Big brother of Karim Al-Jamil, featured in The Bourne Betrayal (novel). He is the co-leader of Dujja. A Western-educated Fadi, Fadi develops grudge against Jason Bourne after he believes that Bourne kills both of his father and sister in Odessa, Ukraine. He is a formidable opponent, even to Bourne, although in the end, Bourne kills him in a fierce combat. The dying Martin Lindros inform Bourne that Fadi serves as "rally point" of Dujja, to cover Karim the mastermind.
