Outcome-3 was an Operation Outcome asset. He was portrayed by Oscar Isaac. He is the third of nine subjects.

Outcome-3 was sent into the wilderness to rendezvous with Outcome-5 (Aaron Cross) at end of O-5's survival exercise—possibly, Cross guesses, as O-3's punishment for having violated strictures against making personal attachments ("That's it, you fell in love"). Outcome-3 is apparently killed when the cabin outpost where he is stationed for the rendezvous is destroyed by a strike from a drone-fired missile moments after Cross departs. The strike was ordered by Eric Byer as part of the process of terminating Operation Outcome.
